Welcome to the Estates Department of Tom Mboya University. The Estates Department is one of the key service centers in the University. The department ensures that the primary mandate of the University—creation of knowledge for a sustainable innovation enterprise—is achieved through prudent management of physical facilities and routine maintenance work. DEPARTMENTAL CORE PURPOSE
The Estates Department is responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the physical infrastructure and facilities of the University. It provides essential support services that enable the University to function efficiently and fulfill its mission in teaching, research, and innovation.
