Historical Journey

September 2010Maseno University Learning Centre established in Homa Bay town.
March 2015Ad-hoc committee formed to register Tom Mboya University College through Maseno University.
April 8, 2016Officially established through Legal Notice No. 55 — offering diploma & degree programmes in Education, Business & Economics, and Agriculture.
August 2, 2022HE President Uhuru Kenyatta awarded Tom Mboya University its Charter as a full public university — receiving its Mace, Seal, and Logo.
