The University Management Board is the executive governing body that implements policies approved by the Council and supports the Vice-Chancellor in the daily management of the institution as specified in Section 35(1)(c) of the Universities Act, 2012.
As per Section 35(1)(b) of the Tom Mboya University Charter, the Senate is the supreme academic governing body responsible for all academic matters of the University, exercising the functions assigned to it in the Charter.
