Duration: 3 years part-time
Independent Research: Conduct original studies on teaching methods, learning environments, education systems, or curriculum reform
Academic Writing: Produce and defend a dissertation; publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Theoretical and Practical Expertise: Master pedagogical theories, educational psychology, and qualitative/quantitative research methods
