Course Description

This program blends ecotourism, hospitality, and institutional management with essential I.T. skills. It prepares students to manage sustainable tourism operations, hospitality services, and institutional facilities in a digital age.

Consistent engagement in practical training, ethical decision-making, teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic hospitality and tourism environments is essential for success.

Graduates can work in hotel and resort management, ecotourism agencies, event planning, institutional catering, travel consultancy, and tourism-focused government or NGO projects

Minimum Requirements

KCSE MEAN GRADE C+ OR HIGHER, C PLAIN OR HIGHER IN MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH/KISWAHILI OR A DIPLOMA IN CATERING/FOOD TECHNOLOGY/ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES OR A RELATED COURSE FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION. OR APPLICANTS WITH A PRINCIPAL PASS IN CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY, OR GEOGRAPHY AND SUBSIDIARY PASSES IN EITHER MATHS/PHYSICS AT A-LEVEL EXAMINATIONS IS ELIGIBLE. OR CANDIDATES WITH CREDITS AT ORDINARY DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY OR TOURISM MANAGEMENT OR RELATED COURSES FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION
