Duration: 3 years part-time Independent Research: Investigate topics such as school leadership, education policy, organizational behavior, strategic planning, or institutional governance Academic Writing: Develop and defend a dissertation; publish scholarly articles on education leadership and reform Leadership Skills: Apply theory to practice in managing educational institutions effectively Teaching and Mentorship: Instruct and guide students in education leadership and administration programs Policy Engagement: Contribute to the formulation, evaluation, and implementation of educational policies Professional Involvement: Participate in leadership forums, conferences, and policy think tanks in education administration
