Students will master clinical nutrition principles while learning to leverage digital tools for meal planning, dietary analysis, and personalized nutrition solutions. The curriculum integrates food science, medical nutrition therapy, and public health nutrition with health informatics applications for modern dietetic practice.
Students will: master nutrition analysis software (Nutritics, ESHA); develop skills in wearable health tech integration; learn AI applications for dietary assessment; gain expertise in electronic health record nutrition modules; and acquire digital counseling techniques for virtual nutrition practice. Graduates will be equipped to bridge nutrition science with technology solutions for personalized and population health.
Graduates can work as: clinical dietitians using AI-powered nutrition software in hospitals, wellness technologists developing digital nutrition apps, research dietitians analyzing big data in food studies, public health nutritionists implementing e-health programs, or food industry specialists optimizing products using nutritional databases. Emerging roles include telehealth dietitians, nutrition data analysts, and corporate wellness technologists.
