APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (ACADEMIC, RESEARCH & STUDENT AFFAIRS)
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 (1) (a) (v) of the Universities Act 2012 and Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2018, the Council of Tom Mboya University College after an interview process conducted by the Public Service Commission (PSC) and in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for Education, appointed PROF. ELYJOY MUTHONI MICHENI to the position of Deputy Principal (Academic, Research and Student Affairs). Her appointment is with effect from 1st July 2022.
Prof. Micheni holds a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University, Kenya; Master of Science in Computer Based Information Systems, Sunderland University, UK and a Ph.D in Information Technology, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kenya.
