Dr. Jackline Murimi is a dedicated university lecturer specializing in Kiswahili and Linguistics, with extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, and student mentorship. Her academic focus combines language studies with broader contributions to teaching excellence, institutional growth, and community engagement within the higher education sector.
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Kiswahili Studies; Master of Education, Kiswahili;Bachelor of Education (Arts).
Academic & Professional Experience: University Lecturer at Tom Mboya University with over a decade of experience in Kiswahili and Linguistics instruction, curriculum development, and postgraduate supervision. Research Interests: Language Policy, Contemporary Issues in Literature, Kiswahili Morphology and Syntax, and Applied Linguistics.
Selected Publications: Authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and conference papers on Kiswahili language structure, usage, Literature and pedagogy.
