Message from the Dean

The faculty of Education is one of the pioneer faculties in Tom Mboya university that was created in September 2018. The Faculty houses three (3) Undergraduate and twelve (12) post graduate programmes. The programmes are mounted as regular, evening, weekend and holidays/recess depending on quorum in a calendar year. The faculty is responsive to the everchanging curricula in the whole education system and related undertakings in the society.

Vision

Faculty of Education strives to be a center of excellence dedicated to teaching, research, mentorship and partnership with both local and global communities.

Mission

Our mission is to foster excellence in teaching, research, and learning with the view to produce responsible graduates capable of transforming our society.

Mandate

Our mandate is drawn from the University College's Statutes guided by the Universities Act, 2012. The Faculty shall promote academic excellence through development of academic programmes, continuous learning, teaching, research and outreach.
