About
Dr. Lilian Kimaiyo is a lecturer of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education at Tom Mboya University, Homa Bay County, Kenya. She received her PhD in Educational Psychology in 2017 from University of Eldoret (Kenya). Lilian received her M.ED. Guidance and Counseling in 2012 and B. ED in 1994, from Moi University (Kenya) and Egerton University (Kenya) respectively. She has supervised research in the field of education management, educational psychology and counseling psychology for PhD and Masters students. She is the author or co-author of more than ten papers in international refereed journals and has made several conference contributions. Her research interests cover several aspects in Psychology and Education mainly in areas of psychology of technology integration in education, counseling and special needs education. Lilian teaches several courses in educational psychology, Guidance and counseling and history. Lilian is a practicing counselor. She is a member of Psychological Society of Kenya and Kenya Association of Professional Counselors. She passionate about youth mentorship, Mental health promotion and counseling.

Research interests cover several aspects in Psychology and Education mainly in areas of psychology of technology integration in education, counseling and special needs education.
