Prof. John Joseph Wamwara, Dean of the School of Law at Tom Mboya University, has been officially appointed by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) as the Chairperson of the Standards Tribunal.
The formal announcement was published in the Kenya Gazette on 25th September, 2026. Exercising powers under Article 172 of the Constitution and Section 16A of the Standards Act, Chief Justice Martha K. Koome confirmed the three-year appointment, effective from 2nd September, 2026.
