Our department offers a variety of athletic disciplines, ranging from competitive team sports to recreational activities, all designed to empower students both on and off the field. We are committed to identifying and developing potential, encouraging teamwork, and instilling values of discipline and perseverance.

About the Department

The Sports and Games Office operates under the Student Affairs Department. Its core mandate is to provide recreational and sporting activities for all students at Tom Mboya University.

TMU is an active member of the Kenya University Sports Association (KUSA) Western Conference, as well as other national and international sports bodies.
